What is your goal today?
Well guys and gals my goal today is to try and get some sleep I didn't sleep at all last night so I worked on my puzzle all night long. Then after I get some sleep I plan to run my errands and then have some time for myself today.Also to get all my water and protein in!Well have a great day!!!

first goal was exercise - did that - went to the health club and did an hour on the treadmill, fairly slow as my hip is hurting me (bursitis , or so the Dr who called me with my mri results said, I see my own Dr on Monday)
then I did a 1 hour yoga class
My next goals are
to eat a healthy lunch,
work on fall cleanup in my flower gardens - for me a treat, not a chore!

I was scheduled to work 3-11 and was cancelled as it is slow, so I am going to take a little time out for myself to relax and do something enjoyable.
