Hey everybody!!!!

I know, I know,.....I've been lax about coming here lately. I've been all tied up with an infected leg for the last nearly 2 weeks. I had surgery on it a week ago Monday. I have an open incision and it's yucky. I can't stand to look at it. Thank God it stays bandaged and packed. I also thank God for having a nurse friend to come change it for me daily. What would I do without her??? It turned out to be a staph infection, but the doctor says it's not the BAD kind. I didn't know there was a good kind and a bad kind!!! Grrrrrrrrrrrr, it's bad enough. I had IV Levequin in the hospital and 3 weeks worth to take once I got home. Still got another week to go. Also have to return back to work next week. I missed all of last week from the surgery and such and we've been out this week for fall break. Yippee........ I get to sit home with my leg up for 2 whole weeks. It's driving me crazy. Everytime I try to get out and go somewhere, my leg and ankle start swelling. Darn! I can't sit here and stare at these four walls much longer. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh..... Okay, I'm thru pouting Keep in touch folks. I've got nothing better to do, but sit here. Elle
