B: Protein shake (can) 35 protein, 170 calories
L: Salad with kidney beans, vinegar, oil, salt; baked chicken leg.
Fresh fruit (cut-up).
S: Coffee with creamer; handful of trailmix
D: Salad with garbanzo/kidney beans and peanuts; fruit
S: Handful of Red Hots candies (special treat)
Sometime during the day I had a half a donut (yuck, tasted awful, had not had one in 2 years, now I remember why).
Light day, not too healthy, but okay.
