B: nothing L: Strip Steak and Sesame Chicken, 3 T fried rice, 1/4 cup sauteed zucchini and onion @ Sakura's Japanese Steakhouse D: 2 Whiting fillets from Horace & Dickies in DC. Snack: Jello Pudding with protein powder added... VAL

B: Protein shake (can) 35 protein, 170 calories L: Salad with kidney beans, vinegar, oil, salt; baked chicken leg. Fresh fruit (cut-up). S: Coffee with creamer; handful of trailmix D: Salad with garbanzo/kidney beans and peanuts; fruit S: Handful of Red Hots candies (special treat) Sometime during the day I had a half a donut (yuck, tasted awful, had not had one in 2 years, now I remember why). Light day, not too healthy, but okay. Missy

Well it's not Wednesday, and I'm on my second cup of coffee. For breakfast I am having the new weight control banana bread oatmeal and 2 slices of bacon. Lunch- I'm making homemade chicken parmasean, salad and some sort of potatoes for the family. For dinner, they can have leftovers. Elle
