DeeDee's Vows Helped My Plateau
Thanks Deedee for starting the "vows" thread. This week has been great. I have lost 4 pounds.
This week I vow to eat some form of seafood everyday for lunch and dinner. I will exercise at least 5 days this week, drink my water, take my vitamins, stay away from crackers of any kind and stay below 1,000 calories.
Again Thanks Deedee and the rest, oh the lady in red you are fantastic too.

That's a GREAT success for the week! I'm so happy for you. I do find that when I commit to doing something and post it here I am a lot more apt to stick with it. There's a sense of accomplishment to be able to post "I kept my vows yesterday" each morning.
Jeannie (the lady in red) is a great motivator too --- she helps keep me on track as does everyone who's posting their successes (and even their bumps in the road)! It's nice to know we're in this together.
See you in the morning and we'll do this another week and see how well we do again!

You are doing a great job! Congrats on the 4lbs lost.
This thread has been an inspiration to many of us and the accountability and honesty is so helpful.
We have our good days and not so good days, but we all are understanding.
I know you can do this one day at a time. You have a goal and I know you are determinded to reach it. Keep checking in no matter how you are doing. It keeps us on track.
Make wise choices and you can't go wrong.
