Ok, I need suggestions on how to mix this so that it's tasty. I dont like shakes with water and I despise Carb Countdown even more. Skim milk will work though..what all do you guys add to your shakes to make them yummier? Any and all suggestion would be appreciated! Blessing, Marcy

Hi there, I just tried something today that I really like. Took a whole fresh pear quartered (not even peeled) and put it in the blender with a cup of 1% milk and about 3 ice cubes. Pretty tasty! Also put it in my oatmeal the other morning with a little water. Just like a fruity instant oatmeal pack. Otherwise I just do milk and icecubes in the blender and it's a tasty shake.

You tried this particular brand with water and didn't like it? I haven't tried the very berry, but tried another of their's with water only and it was good to me. Although usually I don't like the milky type mixed only with water. I sometimes will mix par****er and part skim milk. Hope someone else has some answers for you.

It was too thin with the water, and I couldn't get over the texture. I have no issues with chocolate & water, but this kind has pieces of berries, and the texture when mixed with water is well, just odd to me I'd prefer it to be thicker, almost shake like and not berry juice type, know what I mean? I might have to strain the bits too, I don't think they are working for me lol Thanks for the info. Blessings, Marcy

I have not had this protein drink before, but I have had others from Susan Marie. I like adding frozen fruit and milk with a scoop of protein powder. Corrina B

I don't use the same product that you are using. But I have a smoothie mix that I mix with 1/2 can of diet cherry 7Up, frozen fruit (pineapple, mango, or peach) and 4-5 ice cubes. It turns out kind of like fruit flavored sherbet. Lynette
