I DID IT, I DID IT!!!!!!!
Thank you all so much for the words of encouragment. I am on the protein train again today. I had my achieve drink with added cappucino protein powder and my water and peanuts so far. I also exercised first thing this morning. My challenge will be this FRI,SAT, And SUN. I am going to a retreat that is suppose to be healthy and serve vegatarian meals. I did let them know that I am a gastric by pass grad and eat low carb and protein first as they asked if anyone had medical concerns they should know about. The weekend will include yoga, hikes, visiting, a discussion on a great book,massage, etc. I am looking so forward to it!! I will still eat all my protein first. I just hope I can steer clear of the goodies if they have any. Thanks again. I really needed this WLS group when I first started this journey and I really needed a shot in the arm as I came to my 2 year anniversary! Corrina B
ps-Are protein bars okay on the protein train? I only eat the atkins as I cant handle sugar alcohols!
