Lunch: 1/2 turkey, swiss, lettuce, tomato Pita
Snack: SF Creamsicle & Hot chocolate protein shake
Dinner: 1/2 Garlic Peppercorn Marinated T'bone Steak and romaine lettuce salad topped with Northern Italian Lite Dressing
Snack: 1-2 oz Cajun Roasted Turkey
