Breakfast: 20oz decaf coffee (i am cold ! ) Not really hundry this morning either... Snack: 3 oz Cajun Roasted Turkey Breast ( I cooked it yesterday! Yummy !! Got to get ready for Thanksgiving... My catering company caters dinner in the DC/MD/VA area and delivers) Lunch: 1/2 turkey, swiss, lettuce, tomato Pita Snack: SF Creamsicle & Hot chocolate protein shake Dinner: 1/2 Garlic Peppercorn Marinated T'bone Steak and romaine lettuce salad topped with Northern Italian Lite Dressing Snack: 1-2 oz Cajun Roasted Turkey VAL

Now I know why your meals always sound so good. You have a catering business! Have you thought about a cookbook for those of us who have had WLS? I am always impressed not only with your food selections but the fact that you seem so disiplined. Keep inspiring me. Thanks
