Iron Question...

I am 2 1/2 years out and I still take Flintstones Chewable Vitamins with iron. My labs have always beeen good so I have never considered switching to an adult brand. (I even like the taste of Flintstones). However, my teeth are beginning to get discolored from chewing my vitamins. I cannot use the OTC bleach products because my teeth are "bonded" and will not lighten. I have seen adults with iron-color teeth from taking supplements as a child so am I going to have to live with discolored teeth? Does anyone else have stained teeth from iron? Is there anything I can do? Gina

Flintstones have a reputation for the dye in them. I use a childrens' chewable that has no dyes. Read the labels and check for that. I know, who would think that your vitamins would do that.... Darlene
