Ugh! You poor thing! This always works for me: make some hot herb tea and sip it slowly - like over 20 minutes or so. Mint is good for this. Hope this will work for you - it'll either pass thru or come up. Best of luck! Bette

Bette, I want to thank you also!! It's so nice to have a place to ask for help. Sometimes my own doc has no clue about bypass as they still don't have many, if Any patients that have had it done! How is your weightloss doing? Ang~

What do you suppose is stuck? The meat? If that's the case, I've heard you can dissolve meat tenderizer in a glass of warm water and drink it and it's supposed to get rid of it. I've never tried it but several in my support group have said it works. Also, something I rely on a lot, for times you just feel full, or in cases such as yours, is Papaya Enzyme. You can buy it at WalMart for under $3 and it's their Brand (Spring Valley) I have used this stuff many many times in the past three years, so much so, that I have a bottle at home, one at work and some in my purse. It helps you to digest your food and it tastes good too. It works! Chew four tablets after a meal, and sometimes if that doesn't work after about 20-30 minutes, I chew four more. It hasn't failed me yet! Good luck!
