B 12 Injections at home....

I do, but my DH gives them to me. So no troubles with them.

LOL.... My husband is so afraid of them..... Needles that is... If I suggested it he would probably faint... LOL.... I dont think I could pick him up off the floor... LOL Terri

well seeing as my DH is a paramedic - if he fainted from a needle - he'd be in BIG TROUBLE!

Hey Terri! I do give myself the B12 shots. First...sounds like you hit a vein. I've done it before...it hurts eh? Second...I found out the best place/position for me to do it is when I sit in the toilet. That skin on the side of your leg...it relaxes automatically when you sit there Give it a try... Hugs, Paola

PS: Forgot to tell you...and everyone else...something I've learned from the nurse that helps us run our support meeting: You need to change spots once in a while...if you give yourself the shot on the same spot every time it will become less effective in absorbing it
