Anyone with Anxiety Disorder?

I have episodes of night-time anxiety where I wake up with my heart pounding and where I want to jump up out of bed and run---don't know where to, go figure. My doc put me on beta blockers to deal with what's known as the "fight or flight" reaction that seems to be what happens to me. It helps. I have this when I'm particularly stressed at work and it carries over into my sleep.

As my therapist says you had a disorder before the surgery, that's why I probably gained alot of the weight. I should I think having WLS would make the disorder go away. All it did is go from one extreme to the other. Stacey

Recently something happenned to me that has me worried. I will be going along just fine and then for no reason my hands will start to tremble. I was in the middle of writing something last week when this happenned for the first time and I could not continue to write. Then again last night, I was on the computer and the same thing happenned. What could this be? I felt really bad after this episode and had to go lay down. Valori
