Whatcha Eatin 2day?
I put my food, vitamins, etc into Fitday every day and so you'll know - yesterday I had 916 calories and 82 grams of protein. I don't know what your doc says, but mine is very happy with what I am doing and I am only 12 lbs away from goal. My calories and protein are both just right.
I doesn't matter what order I eat my protein as long as I get it in and if I can't hold more than an ounce of chicken and a few pickles at a time, I am sure not gonna force it.
I am certainly NOT in starvation mode or anywhere near it. It just so happens I have not stretched my pouch like so many others that I read about on here.
