That pudding has a medicinal taste to it.
Purchase Jello brand SF Pudding mixes and add 4-6 scoops of protein powder to it.
Chocolate is great with Designer Whey Chocolate Protein Powder.
Vanilla or French Vanilla with Unjury . You can even do Unjury Unlflavored or Any Whey Unflavored protein.
It tastes great and you still get 20-30g of added protein.

B - Shredded Oat cereal and skim milk
S - cottage cheese w/ banan
L - salad bar with grilled chicken & light balsamic dressing
S - small piece of birthday cake
D - [restaurant] Mixed salad topped with grilled salmon; small piece of hot crusty bread w/butter
Probably about 15-1600 calories
Started the day with 40 minutes on the treadmill.

B -- Cup of Carnation Instant Breakfast, heated (like hot chocolate)
S -- 1/2 banana
L -- Tiny homemade flour tortilla (65 cals) with Tbsp shredded cheese
S -- 10 slices of pickled beets, 3/4 oz cheese
D -- 1 oz chunk white chicken and three Bread & Butter Pickle Slices
Also 64 oz water and 16 oz choc protein drink mixed with water (46g)
Are you trying to starve yourself? How any calories is that? Doesn't look like a lot of protein which we are supposed to be eating first. Just some suggestions. It's not the amount, but the quality. 2 oz at least on a protein serving. The body will go into a starvation mode and then more will have to be eaten.
