What did you eat today?
breakfast - oatmeal, protein bar
snack cottage cheese, peaches
lunch 1/2 a tuna sandwich on pita. potato chips ( very rare for me to have these)
snack - mixed nuts.
dinner - turkey italian sausage, red, green, yellow and orange peppers and onions, sliced tomatoes topped with a quinoa salad & feta cheese.
Breakfast: coffee
Lunch: 1/2 Coke & 3 bites of chicken (boiled), threw it up
Dinner: 3 BITES of broccoli casserole & water
I've posted to the message boards about my problem. If I eat anymore than the above, I get a knot in my tummy and the pain is so bad it takes my breath away. Thank goodness I got enough good advice last week that convinced me to call my surgeon.
