Today's plan

Hi gang! Ok, I am just getting back on this dang horse every day... b- protein shake s- 1/2 grapfruit with brown sugar twin l- IHOP stuffed french toast s- cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, lowfat sugarfree yogurt d- cornish hen and squash, sliced apple s- mini bag fat free kettle corn and cup of matrix hot choc. protein also thrown in there if I feel the need broth, jello, tea, coffee, crystal light, and an extra fruit or veggie I am gonna go exercise in a bit... 1/2 hour cardio and 1/2 hour wts, then come home and do some reading/journaling/prayer and meditation, make some phone calls, pick up the house and "primp" in a new outfit I got at a secondhand store on Sat. I work 11am-8pm today so it is gonna be a long one since I woke up at 4. My supper break is at 4pm and I may take a cat nap then. Hope ya'll have a great day and do what's good for ya. Lucy

I vow not to comment on your plan because clearly it is working for you. So just help me out here...about that IHOP stuffed french toast...how much of it do you plan to eat? My quick research tells me that IHOP stuffed french toast hovers somewhere around 1500 calories and 90 grams of fat. Hey if it works, why fix it? Hope you get your cat nap! Karen

Wow, I had no idea it could be that high-- no wonder they don't have any nutritional informational available. I was looking on the internet this morning. We just got one in our town and of course I think I need to try it at least once. Maybe I will have to split with a friend. I know it isn't a good choice but I just want to try it once. LOL Karen. Laughing at your vow not to comment on her plan. I usually don't pay much attention when people post what they are eating--for various reasons, so I completely missed the french toast thing. Looks like it would have to be split with 5 people! I used to love Baby Apple at Bickford's--I can not even imagine how many calories/fat/carbs are in one of those suckers.
