Join me for a week of "BACK TO BASICS"
Hi Everyone
Have you all been dealing lately with former cravings trying to sneak back into the picture? If so,--would you be ready and willing to join me for a week of getting back to basics, and begin a week of getting back on track? If so, then weigh yourself tomorrow morning, eat/drink nothing but your protein, water, vitamins and your small protein snacks in between and then we will weigh in again next Monday morning, announce our total weight loss for the week right here on this thread. I am looking forward to jump starting myself again. It worked the last time and I am hoping it will work again to allow me to get to my final goal of losing my last 5 to 10 pounds. Let me know if you are good to go on this. REMEMBER: Weigh in tomorrow and then again next Monday and meet back here after your weigh in Monday morning to announce your results. Good Luck! I'm in. I've actually been doing this since last Tuesday and am anxious to see what I'm at tomorrow. I found that I was snacking too much and grazing through the day. While I have been maintaining just fine, I'd like to loose another 15-20 pounds total to reach my personal goal. I just made up my mind last week to stick to my protein and it's working so far.

I am so ready today! I had my early morning water, vitamins, and for breakfast I had 3 slices of cheese, now I am just waiting my one hour before I begin to drink my water again and then for lunch I will have cottage cheese w/fruit, afternoon snack will be my protein shake, and then for dinner I am having white chili that my daughter made. It is loaded with all kinds of white beans and chicken----> she is one great cook! Just have to stay focused and remember that if I can do it for another week then it will be easier to stick to it and stay on program. Good luck Ladies---WE CAN DO THIS!

I will try to do this with you guys! I have been doing the same...trying to drop some weight before my trip the last week of October...have lost 4 lbs in the last two weeks which I felt was fabulous!
However, I spent the weekend in Reno and my eating habits werent the best..I hope I didnt gain it back! UGH!
I normally weigh in on thursdays so i'll go from there!

I have been fighting with this lately too and I am so afraid that I will begin to regain my weight. So far, I fluctuate up and down three or four pounds and right now I am on the up side again. I made a pact with myself yesterday just to do protein and get back to basics, since I have been craving carbohydrates too much lately (and eating them). I lost all I wanted to lose and fluctuate between 120 and 125 pounds. I just want to stay there so I am on board with you and will check in next Monday.

OK Marianne you can count me in. I read your post last night and realized that this is exactly what I need to get my weight loss moving again as I am just sitting and not moving down in the weight loss area. I will weigh myself next Monday.Wishing you and everyone else the best of luck.
