Hi all, Hope that everyone is having a wonderful and fun filled Thursday. I was just wondering how many of you have maintained at the lowest weight that you lost to. My goal was 120, I went down to 110. I really wanted to stay around 115. I currently weigh 117 and am trying to stay there. I just wondered if most go back up a little or if you stay at the lowest weight. It seems like I those 7 pounds just appeared one day and my body wants to keep them. Just curious, Kaye

Kaye, I'm the same way. My lowest (for maybe one day) was 167 pounds, then I stayed for a while around 170 to 175, now I seem to stay at 177. I don't mind it. I just don't want to go any higher than that. I would love to get that ten pounds off, but I'm not going to stress about it. Shel

I can flux up to about 140 but it's always an up and down game now since February.

At 2+ years out, 143 pounds down, I seem to maintain between 124-128. Currently I am at 125. For the longest, and I mean the longest, I was hovering at 129-131 (probably a good six months). I think your body needs to stop and rest at a spot, you get comfortable with your eating, and then something happens that causes you to lose a few pounds, and then you need that hovering again to maintain. I would love to stay between 120-125, at least that's what I am shooting for. The good thing is that if I stay true to my pouch for 2-3 days, I lose a few pounds rather quickly. That's a bonus WLS effect for me . . . never could do that on Weigh****chers ;O Missy
