What is your goal today?

Well I had a bad night last night and was fdeeling very alone in this world,so I only got about 2 hours of sleep>My goals were to get some housework done-done,to do laundry-done-to get the kids to school-done to run some errands-done,to go to therapy for behavior modification to change my ways of thinking about the weight loss-done and to have some me time,and with that I went to the lake and took a walk and found a nice quiet spot and I layed in the grass and just stared up at the sky I was there for a hour and didn't even realize it because I was so relaxed it was so nice,to sit there and clear my mind and not have a care in the world! Now I have to get ready to pick the kids up from school take my son to his afterschool event,take mysel and my daughter to the community center to have some fun together,to come home and get them ready for wensday night bible studay and then while they are gone to that cook dinner cleanup from that wait for them to come home,eat dinner get them in and out of the shower and then maybe a movie and then bed.My Wensday's are always very busy and hectic so I am glad I got some me time in today.Well everybody have a good day!!! Candi, How are you? I've been thinking of you. Did everything go OK? Sounds like you had a good, peacefull day. Some time for yourself. Sounds good. I am on the down hill side of a 10 1/2 hour work day. Only have until 7 tonight. My only goal is to make it through---and go home to watch The White Sox & Cubbies. Hope I can stay awake! Maybe if D Lee hits, and the sox win, (I am a HUGE sports nut--football first) but thats hours away, and "lunch" is almost over--and the phones are busy, and my computer is letting me know there are new e-mails to be answered---and--and--take me with you to that lake!! Hi Bek I am ok now and if you would like to know full detail you can scroll back a page or 2 to the post that says home from surgery I don't want to gross people out again sorry and no from the surgery of the cancer they did remove they have not go the results back he said it could be 2 weeks or so. So now I am just playing the waiting game once again and Thankyou very much for your concern but may I ask how come you don't have any pic's up on your profile? Candi

I'm electronically challanged--I'm lazy--I just never took the time. Take your pick. Funny thing is, I just got my Drivers Lsnc renewed, and that picture looks good! Weird, but my face and neck are so skinny compared to 4 1/2-5 years ago. WoW, I didn't even know I had bones! LOL--Anyway I keep saying I've gotta get some before & afters up, but it just isn't a priority. I'm doing good if I remember to update my profile every 6 months or so. Things have slowed down at work, I'm really starring to feel tired. When I'm busy, I can do OK, but I'm the only one left in the office, so pretty quiet. Have a Great night! Bek
