breakfast was egg, tomato, goat cheese & basil in a 1/2 pita pocket snack - banana lunch - blackened catfish, veggies, few bits salad , and a biscut (red lobster) snack - strawberries, cantalope, dinner leftover chicken with refried beans, couple bites rice, sf apple crisp w/ coolwhip
