I am here!

Hello Family! I am here, I am alive and I am doing pretty well. I discovered why I have been in a funk emotionaly the last couple days. I started my monthly!!! I never know when it is going to start but from my mood I could have guessed. Surprisingly I am doing really well with my eating, now that this has started I am more then happy with myself for the control I have shown. At least this explains why I have been lacking in motivation more then usual. After emailing with DeeDee last night I have decided to wait 1 more week before going back to the gym. I will get out and walk or ride a bike, Karen helped me see that I could at least do that. So, I am here, if anyone needs a hug, I have a few to give! Hugggggsssss Theresa

Get those HUGS out of your house now, lady! And the KISSES too! Those tiny chocolate delights are evil. Just teasing. Everytime someone asks if I want a hug I always tell them I prefer the ones wrapped in silver paper with the little paper pull string. Glad to see your pixels today.
