I have a cookbook out entitled Cooking With Soul. You can find it at Borders or at bariatric101.com. I know I posted the recipe for this one day last week. Look under my name for search button. VAL

My time is limited, but I plan to do my treadmill at least 3 times a week for 1/2 each time. I'm 2 years the end of September, 2005 and have lost 150 lbs. I have 30-35 left to go and am having a really hard time getting those pounds off. I don't want to be heavy again. I feel great and love my new life. Take care, Kathy from Massachusetts 9/20/05 1300
