I made it through Day 6 with 741 calories, 71 grams of protein, and 82 oz. of water.
Today I vow to:
+ Successfully complete Day 7 on the plateau buster's plan
+ Drink a minimum of 80 oz. of water
+ Get my house ready for the bridal shower Saturday --- I'm procrastinating!

G'morning Again! ...tired of me yet?
Okay - Ive been lax on my H20 since getting back from vacation. Like, really really bad - averaging MAYBE 60 oz - so today, I'd like to feel like Im swimmin' with the fishies when I lay my head down to rest. That being said?
* 150 oz of PURE H20
* 75 grams of protein supp's
* 50 grams of protien via foods
* Keep the calories at 1500
* Dust off my RESUME - been saying that for months now! It would be nice to get back into the work force after the first of the year.

Morning gang!
Well I did not have a clean start yesterday. After I started over I did o****il bedtime and was craving something carbish. You won't believe what I ate to satisfy it. You are gonna laugh.... Metamucil fiber wafers- Cinnamon flavored-- kinda taste like graham crackers. Guess I will be more regular..... I am shocked at how strong the need is for carbs... when I will resort to such things. (Nothing else in the house.)
So today we're gonna start over
Four shakes, sunflower seeds, fruit and veggies as need, jello, broth, crystal lite etc., 1/2 hour of exercise 64 oz water
Thanks for all your support and suggestions. I am gonna try what someone suggested about some being ok but more not being better.

Hi Everyone!
I can't believe it's almost 10:30 already! Time is flying by today. I had to re-prioritize my time again. I have slipped back into some patterns that caused me to be in a rut. So it looks like I won't be posting as early as I was. I'm sure that some days I will, but for now I need to get back on track w/my quiet time w/God FIRST!!!!! Then everything else.......
Yesterday went well considering our support grp.met at Golden Coral!!!!
Every other month it seems they pick a restaurant to hold our sml.meetings. I'm so thankful that I stuck to my decision to eat as I said I would. I'm motivated and I pray I stay this way for a longggggggg time.
I just want to get back to the basics. Eating, drinking, and exercising the way I know I'm to. I have been given the chance of a lifetime to get healthy and stay healthy and I don't want to take it for granted anymore. I got off track for a bit, but I'm getting back on now and it feels awesome!
Just knowing I'm doing what I know to do is an awesome feeling too!
Here is how I did yesterday- 125grms.of Protein, 124oz.of Water and 30mins. on the Treadmill....... I done did good! HeHe.....
Today I will:
1.Get approx.100grms.of Protein.
2.Down up to 100oz. of Water.
3.Do 30mins on The Treadmill! (DONE)
4.Run some errands.
5.Get hair trimmed.
6.Read a chapter out of the two I need to have done by Wed.
I already got in 22grms. of Protein, 32oz.of Water and 35mins.on The Treadmill!!!! Getting ready to have a shake soon.
I know I will be successful today. I know I am going to be absinent today from carbs. I know I'm NOT going to eat out of emotions and I know I'm worth all the sacrifices!

I sure did have lots to do today and I got them all done. I even forgot that I had to run to my dr.'s office to p/u paperwork to have my labs done. Honestly I'd rather be busy like this, it keeps me out of trouble. LOL.....
I love how you have your quiet time. Wow! So relaxing. What an idea about the transparencies. LOL.. Hey whatever works for you!
I did do well toady and I know whatcha mean about feeling better w/out those carbs in us. I only have 8lbs. (that I put back on) to loose minus about 3 from water retention (TOM). So doing the high protein is really to just get me detoxed too from carbs and to get back to how my surgeon has told me to eat. I just needed a kick in the butt, I mean a kick start to get me on track again. Thanks to you and everyone else that is so inspiring and encouraging.

Yesterday, I did pretty well, achieved my goals. I've been trying to give up the habit of weighing myself every day. It's such a fluctuation of 1-2lbs. Therefore, I've decided to weigh on Monday & Friday mornings. This way I'll stay on track during the week & weekend, (I hope!)
Today. I vow to "stay on the protein train" So far today, I've eaten.
B: coffee & 3oz crab sticks
L: 2oz buddig ham
1oz fat free swiss cheese
D: Not sure, maybe chicken on the George Forman
Drink 64oz of water
