D: Garlic Mushroom Chicken Breast, 1/4 cup Zucchini and Squash with vidalia onion, 1/4 cup broad noodles simmered in milk and butter
S: Valerie's SF Chocolate Molten Cake and a tablespoon of vanilla icemilk

Okay, now I'm curious.... why does "2 oreo's" concern or bother you? ...and why would Valarie list it as something she ATE, if she wasn't being "for real" about it?
That's one of the reasons I don't participate in ANY of the "What did you EAT" today posts. What works for ME, would most likely be SHOCKING or APPALLING to others.
LOLOL - trust me, if you think eating 2 oreos in an entire day is bad, especially based on all the other choices she made, you don't even wanna hear about the 150 calories of Cadbury Chocolate I had last night.
I'm at goal and in maintenance. I'm now of the mindset - calories in vs calories out - is what's gonna keep me at my goal weight. How I choose to use my bank account of calories VARIES on a daily basis. Protein first, veggies, fruits, carbs, fats and yep even a TREAT!

Was the Cadbury good?
I just said in my response that the bosy is the perfect counter of calories and it does not cae if you ate 1000 calories of junk or meat. You have to balance what you eat with exercise and you also need food from every food group every single day.
Yes I eat bread, but only twice a week.... Yes I eat sweets, but only twice a week... Yes I eat dessert- EVERY day ... but I have learned to cut calories, sugars and fats from what I make.
I actually wrote a bariatric cookbook entitled Cooking With Soul. As owner of a catering firm, I had to revamp my recipes for a healthier lifestyle without compromising the taste. The recipes are wonderful !

Hi there, I am like you. I hardly ever post to the "what do ya eat "threads. If I posted all the things I eat in a day, I would have to pull my membership from OH!!!!!!!!!. Even when my surgeon told me last week to keep a two week food diary because of the hypoglycemia, I told him that he doesn't want to know what I eat. but he probably knows anyway since they have had me eating to gain. I hope that is over now. I have gained back up to 129 and he wants me to gain four or five more pounds. I told him, back off, cause it ain't a gonna happen.
