Reducing LDL cholesterol.

This is from one of the newspapers I receive here at work. I work in Agriculture. from the paper: ORANGE OIL COMPOUND A compound in orange oil apprears to reduce cholesterol. The discovery by federal agricultural researchers could provide a new market for citrus farmers. Orange oil comes from orange peels. The research shows the compound in orange oil reduces levels of LDL cholesterol. Now, schientists must find the best ways to incorporate the beneficial oil into products consumers could use. END OF ARTICLE So I guess in otherwords, eat your citrus peels.... Darlene

Ugh, orange peels?? I dont think so LOL My doc said the only way to reduce the bad cholesterol is with exercise.. Orange peels aren't much more appealing are they? LOL Wendy

I wonder if I use those orange cleaning products without gloves on if I can absorb the orange oil that way? DeeDee
