NUMBER 3 says "You must have 45 grams of protien supplement and all your vitamin & mineral supplements each day"... I normally mix my protein powder with skim, 1% or soy milk and a scoop of low carb ice cream but milk is not on the list of can have foods. Am I breaking the rules if I have a protein "shake"? If so, how can I mix the powder so that it is not gritty or chunky? (I use IsoPure protein).

I have no idea who "created" this plateau busting plan or even if it was designed for WLS patients but obviously if yogurt is on there then milk is close enough to it that I would just tweak it to meet my needs. I think the main thing is to stick to proteins and avoid getting too many carbs.
Good luck!

Dee Dee,
Thank you for the quick response.
I'm trying to get my life back to "normal". I worked last week with the Red Cross, welcomed a new granddaughter on Friday, and baby-sat my two year old granddaughter all weekend. Today, I'm trying to get my house back in order.. I am exhausted!! I need of all the protein/energy I can get.
