Gina,
I've been on it faithfully going on my fifth day today. Mind you, I haven't made it even close to goal yet but I have managed to lose 8 pounds in four days, finally break the carb cycle AND (drum roll) made it to the century club! Honestly, I can't get in all 15 oz. of protein each day on the plan I'm doing. I'm getting 600-900 calories a day (which is where my surgeon wants me at this point).
I've been posting on the morning vow post and will do so again tomorrow. The new format messed up the "bullets" I was using so my posts look like I've been cursing!
Join in with us tomorrow --- lot of us are riding it and doing well. Love to have you along!

Hi, I haven't posted here for about a year til the last few days. I gained 3-5 lbs and knew I needed support right away. I'm 2 1/2 years post op ad this is the first weight I've gained. My own fault though. I jumped on the train and have lost my +5 and a couploe more. I'm grateful for the support here. Thank you all. I need to check in more often than I have been for the continued support and information we all need to keep going. Thanks everyone for being open and honest and supporting!
I too made the protein train commitment. I am 2 1/2 years out and stuck at the same weight for 6 months. I still have 50 pounds left to meet goal. It is very discouraging! My dear hubby is joining me on the train for support.I admittedly have had bad eating habits too snacky- I get bored and eat any one have good ideas for cutting out that part of our lives? Thanks everyone for the real life and uplifting posts, it helps me feel "normal" I did not even know until not too long ago that this grad site existed thanks everyone. Good luck on your trains today
Kathy
