BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!!
You will get up on the rooftops and shout when you make goal -- and none of us will have to read it on here, we'll know by the joyful singing that will fill the air! Congrats!!
Now, who here will fill me in on this protein train I hear all of you talking about? How does it work, and please be specific. I need things spelled out for me. I'm getting 80-100 grams of protein a day with my protein drink and food. Should I be doing more or is this pretty much what you're talking about?
Again, good job and way to go!

Pam,
Thanks for the congrats. I'm scared of heights --- I may have to get a megaphone and shout it from the patio!
I'm going to post the plateau busing plan I'm using. It has been circulated on the main board for as long as I've been around. For me, at this point after my second surgery, my surgeon really wants me at about 600-800 calories a day and that coming from protein because I'm not suppose to be consuming many calories. I've lost 8 pounds in the four days I've been on it so I'm thrilled so far.
