Congratulations on making the transition to a normal person. I hope I can say the same thing about maintaining when I am 2 years out. Like you the surgery has been a miracle for me. I started maintenance in July which was been my biggest fear from the beginning. Turns out it's going fine. In the past when the diet was over the weight came back. This time is different though, because I've truly changed my eating habits. Have a wonderful day!

Thanks, Pat! I've had the same experience in the past, I've lost as much as 100# but the weight always came back, and then some. This is such a thrill to STILL be in my "skinny" clothes!! Hugs, Connie
