Good gawd girl!!! Do NOT judge anything by me. I am still trying to stay above water. This week/10 days is to help me get the control back. Once I do that, then I will take a closer look at my eating patterns.
Right now I think it is about 11:45 and all I have had is 1 16ounce hotcocoa with Unjury drink. The break down is as follows.
hot cocoa 70 calories
5 carbs
4 sugar grams
1 protein gm
1 Unjury 90 calories
3 carbs
2 sugar grams
20 protein gm
Now, I know the Unjury is good, not sure if others would consider the hot cocoa good but I do. The sugar is also acceptable for me.
I am hungry and thinking about what I will eat, if I get too hungry I will eat way too much.
So, as you can see what I eat is no judge of what others should eat. I personally KNOW I eat too much in the evenings, but that is my munchie time. I am hoping once I start working out again that will change.
