Well they DO say that good cardio promotes a better immune system...sadly, when I do things to promote good cardio I end up with a fibro attack - can't win for losing lol.

Is the stomach flu going around? My pouch has been particularing anger today. Hang in there Tooter! I find sometimes hot tea helps calm the beast a little. Try and have a great weekend! PS When is the WA conference you are speaking at?

I wanna come too! Keep me on your invite list. It would be wondrous to sit at your feet and absorb your wisdom. Seriously, I find that the fibro interferes with my desire to exercise but if I slow down a little and just move at a regular pace it doesn't hurt any more than it did before I exercised. I'm impatient though and forget that I am slowing down and then I get a major flare. Knocking on wood really hard and rappidly - I haven't had the flu yet and hope to never do so. My pouch rejects enough food to remind me that vomiting is not my favorite activity.

Thankfully, I never throw up when I'm sick - it comes out just not that way lol. Um you can't come unless you let ME sit at YOUR feet Really! I'll be posting the page to sign up in January....first 400 signed and confirmed. I just can't DO more than that many....and geez, I never thought I'd have to cap it at all. I'm shocked! (and just a wee bit frightened by it all!). You DO have to come though I'm certainly not going to stand and do a head count lol

I will! Keep an eye out in January for the notices Yeah I'd love to blame the kids for this one, but I get to blame hubby's boss (who I'm sure must have caught it from his kids) lol.
