Truthfully- Whatcha Eatin?
I would be absolutely starving Val. Now I am going to feel like a pig:
Breakfast: Starbuck's Latte and a Genisoy Protein Bar
Snack: 1-2 hard boiled eggs or EAS Avent Cafe Carmel Protein Drink
Lunch: Low carb sandwich wrap (usually the South Beach Diet Lunch)
Snack: 8-10 cheese cubes
Dinner: Grilled protein of some sort and steamed veggies
Snack: Jello or Pudding
First thing in the A.M. I have a cup of Carnation Instant Breakfast, heated like hot chocolate and 16 oz. weak Raspberry tea. This usually takes me two hours to drink.
After that, 16 oz. water with Fuzzy Navel Protein powder 46g protein. Then 16 oz. water. All this takes me until 1:00.
About 2:00 I eat either a piece of toast with peanut butter or 1/3 cup of sloppy joe meat (no bread).
An hour after that I have another bottle of Raspberry tea.
4:00 I have 4 oz of yogurt or maybe 3/4 oz. cheese. 1/2 - 1 hour later another 16 oz bottle of water.
Around 6:00 I have whatever I didn't have for lunch - either the sloppy joe meat or toast w/PB. An hour later, 16 water.
If I'm hungry before bed, I'll have a few grapes or a plum or small banana. Or sometimes 4 oz of yogurt again.
That's pretty much my typical day.
brakfaast 1 piece whole wheat bread with peanut butter and small banana
snack lite & fit yogurt with 1/4 C Ka**** in the morning cereal on top
lunch 1/2 a sierra turkey sandwich from Panera
snack 3 cookies
yogurt with kashi again
dinner most of a chicken enchilada suiza lean cuisine and a small banana
If I ate only 1 chicken wing I would be ravenous and end up eating god knows what. You must have amazing self control. I don't eat wings very often but usually eat almost a whole breast if it is not too big.
