Jeannie, I copied the plateau buster plan and I can't answer the question about the protein grams. I know that for the last two days eating on this plan I've managed to get in more than 45 grams without eating the total 15 oz. of protein. Glad you're doing well. I've managed to stick to it today as well. I have had turkey jerkey, shrimp, roast beef, talapia, and italian sausage for a total of 12 oz. of food, 90 gms. of protein, and 807 calories. I don't think I'm going to get in those last 3 oz. of meat! Amazing how little I can eat when I eat pure proteins. Dense makes Sense! DeeDee

oops... I couldn't eat the 3 oz. of Talapia (gave TJ 1.8 oz of it back) so I only got in 11.2 oz. of meat today for a total of 736 calories and 76 grams of protein. This Dense Makes Sense really does work! DD
