Thanks to reading a reply by Kim earlier I KNEW I would have to pick up my pace on drinking water. The girl had 40 ounces in by NOON!!!!! Amazing chica. So right after reading her reply I went and started drinking, I wish I knew exactly how much I drank but my girls kept drinking from my glass. So I went and got us all water bottles but they insisted mine was better, we all ended up sharing the water. I think I can make a pretty good guess and feel comfy saying I have gotten in 45 ounces so far! I put Sami and Sarah in for a bath and am drinking still. I want to get down another 16 ounces before they want out! At least I am setting a good example. (I Hope) This is what I have had so far. It isn't what some would do, but it is what works with my lifestyle. 1 Oreo 4ounces water 16 ounces fat free hot coca with Unjury in it! small Italian: 3x3 bread slice of ham slice of cheese 1 slice pickle about table spoon tomato lots of diced onion (love onions ) 2 drips of oil (this is the bad part but i cant eat it without) tad of salt and pepper 25ounces water 1 fat free fudgical 1 slice ham Now if I can just get through the night time munchies, that is my worst time. It is a killer for me!!! Wish me luck! Theresa Hope you all don't get sick of my posts!

Mid-day updates are great! I drink 30 oz. of water every morning in the Jacuzzi tub (my personal sanctuary as it is a ONE person tub!). I had 16 oz. when I got to work and I'm on my second 16 oz. so that will get me to 62 oz. before I leave the office. I've had 3 oz. of beef jerkey and 3 oz. of shrimp so far. The tummy really does get full on dense proteins so I'm not hungry - YAY! Keep up the good work; I'm hanging in there with you! DD

Theresa, Looks like Chocolate has it's "claws" in you. When I fist read "fudge-cycle" Thought it said "Fungicidal" And I thought, "anti-mushroom?" I've got a different problem. Any sweets- I'm free of. I got that "hair-trigger" dumping mechanism Out of my surgery, so just the thought of an Oreo Sends me for a trip to the toilet. Because I associate Sweet with SICK, I even find that I don't care for most of the Sugar Free stuff- Cookies, pudding, etc... My problem is that "one last bite" of the foods that I do eat. I find myself, spitting back into a napkin The last bite of everything. I'll get it in my mouth just before I realize- "Hey, that's enough to be satisfied with." If I don't stop, I have that icky feeling just after I eat. My food choices are usually High Protein/Low Carb. I need to work on making sure that I don't Get that "extra bite" on my plate. Night time munchies are huge with me too. That's when I usually Tank Up on water To keep me from feeling hungry. Water and a SF Popsicycle. (never sick of your posts) Best Wishes- Dx

Hi Theresa, I wish Val and I could have met up with you while I was in Maine. I would have loved it. I have no problems getting the fluids in - drinking is as common for me as breating. However the last couple of days, I've had problems eating - not that I've been sick - I have been too busy to think about it - actually forgot to eat two days in a row. Yesterday, I had a bad low blood sugar episode about 3 PM - realized that I didn't have my protein drink for breakfast and I had forgotten to eat lunch. My solution was a package of peanut butter crackers to hold me til I got home to fix an early dinner. Well, I fixed a lamb chop and some grilled veggies and got nauseated after the first few bites - think I was just too wiped out to eat. Did better today - did get the protein drink down this morning. Then I got busy and forgot lunch again. When I finally did break for lunch, I walked for an hour instead of eating. About 3:30 I had some cauliflower and cucumber. I came home, went by the fitness center and tried out the bike - doesn't work with the knee. Then I did a half mile on the treadmill and came home. I fixed a protein drink and then about an hour later, had 4 ounces of grilled porkchop and a bowl of salad. I am still fo full that I think the munchies won't visit tonight. I'm on my way for a BIG glass of Ruby Red Crystal Light. Patty

It would have been great to meet you and Val but I was at our camp all summer. Loved it but was glad to get home! I can understand forgetting to eat when you get busy, of course I am always home so I am NEVER too busy to eat. Recently I have applied for a part time job, with the way prices have gone up, we are fairly desperate for money. Maybe I can get a job where I do not think about eating? Tomorrow is another day and another train! CHooChoooooooChoooooooooooooooooo Theresa

Theresa, I told Val I was pretty sure you were still at the camp since it was Labor Day weekend. I guess when I come back I'll have to make sure it's not in summer. I think I'm going to be sorry when work calms down - not only will I not have the opportunity for all the overtime (gotta love the extra money) but I'll get bored and want to graze again. Maybe if I'm lucky my pouch will shrink before that happens and I won't want to graze. Good luck with tomorrow - I take it one bite at a time - and if I mess up, I just pick myself up, dust of the crumbs, and start over. Patty
