This is me so far today!
Breakfast:
1 scoop of Protowhey Vanilla Cappucino
Snack:
1/2 scoop of Nectar Fruit Punch Protein
Lunch:
3 oz of low fat ground beef
Snack:
Maybe cottage cheese
other 1/2 of Nectar Fruit Punch Protein
Dinner:
1/2 chic breast with no sugar spagetti sauce and low fat cheese
Snack:
1/2 scoop of nectar shake
This will give me:
661 calories
16 fat
19 carb
110 protein
My friend and I are going for a 1/2 hour walk tonight!
I am drinking water now!
