Protein Train! All Aboard!!!
OK, ok so I might be getting carried away. I think this is going to be a wicked cool idea. I am soooooooo thankful that DeeDee is taking the lead on this since I am a procratinator and might not post it daily.
I messed up first thing this morning but have put it behind me and am on the train now. I WILL NOT jump off, I need the ride!

You will see what many of us are doing. For me it is mostly getting back on track. Dee Dee has provided me with a good set of guidelines and everyone here will support me and each other through it.
I have to say that I was feeling like a real loser till I saw how many are in the same place I am. We are not losers! Together we can and WILL lose those pounds we put back on or bust that platue. I am one determined person right now!

Count Me In To This Train:
I work for a Railroad so trains are a normal daily routine for me.
Can you all tell me if I'm doing ok with what I've eaten today. I started with 412 lbs. on 9/28/03 and I'm currently at 260. I have gone from a size 50/52 to a current size of 18/20. I'm 5'8" tall with large bones. My weight management physician says that I'm more than likely at the end of my losing, but we will try for at least another 30-35 lbs. Because of my height and large body build, I really look like 185-195 lbs. I feel great and I know I look great. However, I'm trying really hard to get those last few pounds off and this Train perhaps is my ultimate answer to this.
B: 4 oz lowfat cottage cheese
3 oz carb countdown peach flavored yogurt
S: Protein Drink w/ Protein Bar
L: Small can of Spinich (heated in microwave)
4 slices lowfat deli cheese (Land o Lakes)
4 slices genoa salami from deli
S: Protein Drink w/ Protein Bar
D: 4 slices cheese bar
6-8 pieces boneless chicken (4 oz)
S: Protein bar
Other Liquids: (2) Large size Decaf Dunkin Donuts Coffee (Toasted
Almond Flavored Decaf) with Skim Milk Only
Water: 32 Ounces
I look forward to hearing from you all. I really really really need help. I've purchased a "search a word "book so that when watching TV, I can do that, drink my liquids and not "snack" on items (i.e. popcorn).
