Want to do a Protein Train tomorrow?
Hey All!
After reading the post from Nannette I have decided many of us are in the same boat. So..........why not help each other out by doing a protein train tomorrow?
I am not completely sure how they work though.
Anyone want to post how we should/could do it and everyone post who wants to hop on board?

This is wonderful! I came here today for this very reason! I'm 2 1/2 years post op and am recently up3-5 lbs. It's gotta go now or it will be 25 by Friday. When I was really fat I didn't believe people that said they gained 2 lbs and 'could feel it'. Well I do feel it and I don't like it one bit.
I'm in..or on as the case were.
So what do we do? Who know the rules of the train?
I will have to do a mix of Unjury in my fat free hotcocoa (cant get enough of it) and cheese and meat. I am too addicted to food not to be munching on it.
Is there anything else that needs to be done? This might be very hard, but like someone else said, I am going to take it one day at a time!

Theresa,
I'm with you... I'll make it part of my morning vow tomorrow! Do you think what you're talking about could be the following plan?
========
#1 Do this for 10 days to break plateau
#2 Drink 2 quarts of water a day
#3 You must have 45 grams of protien supplement and all your vitamin & mineral supplements each day
#4 you may consume up to 3 oz. of the following high-protein foods, 5 times a day:
? beef
? pork
? chicken
? turkey
? lamb
? fish
? eggs
? low-fat cheese
? cottage cheese
? plain yougurt or artificially sweetetened,
? peanut butter
? beans/legumes
You may also have:
? sugar free popiciles
? tea or coffee
? sugar free sodas
? sugar free jello
? broths and bullions
? crystal lite drinks
#6 IF IT IS NOT ON THE LIST YOU CANNOT HAVE IT FOR 10 DAYS
#Keep a food diary and try to get up to 30 minutes of exercise daily.

That's about as close to a "protein train" plan that I've seen.
