What was I thinking? After a nine day vacation I really thought I was going to go to the office and have time to work out at the gym after work? Ha! I did well with my vows yesterday but the gym didn't happen. I worked my tail off climbing through the paperwork build up and emails though. Today I vow to: ? Eat fewer than 1000 calories ? Drink a minimum of 80 oz. of water ? Go to the gym after work (no matter what!) ? No eating after 7:30 PM How did you do yesterday and what are you vowing today? DeeDee

Morning DD, Good luck on the catching up. I know how that goes. I did o****il last night and then I did not follow my plan. (See post on main board about being too sensitive.) I didn't binge but did not make the best food choices. I did do wt lifting. Today I vow to walk to and from work (6 miles total) drink water at least 60 g protein Have a good one! Lucy

You must have some really nice weather to be able to walk 6 miles to and from work! I don't think there's enough deoderant to make me pleasant to be around if I walked that far in Mississippi! I'm heading off to read your other post and wishing you the best today at keeping your vows! DD

I can empathize. We got home Sunday night from a nine-day trip and I know it will take until this next weekend for me to feel normal again and get back in a routine. Good luck making it to 5:00! I'm right there with ya. DD

I didn't post yesterday .... I didn't do so well ... I didn't drink my fluids .... I ate Korean seafood soup for lunch ... not bad until you get to the homemade noodles ... but I didn't eat much of those .... I had a little salad and a protien bar. I haven't logged to see how I did nutrition/calorie wise. Today ... so far, I've had a couple cups of coffee and a protein bar I plan to have, turkey a protein drink as much fluid as I can hold but at least 64oz
