b- 1/2 egg salad sand. and sugarfree latte with skim
s-1 c cantelope, four small tootsie rolls, and a bite size milky way
l- 1/2 egg salad sand and 1/2 single serv. baked lays potatochips
s- mini bag fat free kettle corn
d- other half sand and chips
s- 30 g protein shake
That should be about 22 ww points but only about 55 g protein.
Just rename me Ms. Piggy and be done with it!
B- a 1 egg ham/onion/cheese omelet
S-1 small banana
L-1/2 cheese sandwich (seeds and grain bread with mayo)
S-nothing
D-1 1/2 cups of Dreamsfield low carb pasta with a NON low carb spaghetti meat sauce (made from sorta kinda half scratch and it was sooooo goooood! Just email me iffen anyone wants recipe. Yummm )
S-a couple of bites of apple and a slice of cheese

Salad - greens, carrots, tomatoes, cabbage, croutons, and Ranch
3 ounces pork steak oven grilled with a dry ranch rub on it and a few pieces of roasted Yukons with olive oil and garlic and ranch rub.

snack - yogurt with kashi good friends high fiber cereal
lunch - refried bean and cheese quesadilla, sf ice cream bar
dinner - beef and pepper sandwich, some kind of veggie, salad

great recipe
take a large chuck roast and out in a crockpot, pour over 1 bottle of beer, then add 1 jar of peproncini peppers with stems and seeds removed and a little of the pepper juice. cook on low till falling apart and shred with a fork. serve on italian bread if you eat bread and top with shredded Mozzarella.
