Does anyone have any problems with snacking. Any good idea's for snacking? I had my surgery Feb 2004. I have lost 136 pounds. I am finding out I want the sweets again and want to keep snacking. I have gained about 5 pounds. Help. Tina

I know how you feel. I also had my surgery in Feb of 2004 in the last few months I've discovered that I can tolerate sugar and carbs again. I have found myself falling into the old habits of grazing in the evenings and also would like some helpful suggestions on how to get away from this and get and stay on track. Marj 2/5/4 253/143/???

I'm a february 2004 baby too, and when those evening grazing monster hits, I drink...ALOT! (and I do mean water!) And I'm still monitoring everything I eat on Fitday which keeps me honest and can be a little shocking to see. That keeps me motivated to get back on track and do better the next day. P.S. Our numbers are quite similar. How tall are you? Julie 2/12/2004 254/145 I'd love to lose another 10 pounds, but this is what I weighed at age 20 and I suspect it's just a good, normal, healthy weight for me, so that's fine.

I'm 5'4" and I weigh less than when I was 12 (145). I know my body is comfortable at this weight but I would like to loose another 10-20 lbs. I'm not happy with my waistline but if I get approved for a tummy tuck & loose all the hanging skin that is there I would be happy to be at this weight. (My waist is at a size 10-12 while the rest of me is a 6-8.

Odd, isn't it, how different we all are? I'm also 5'4, but I consistently wear a size 8 and have almost no hanging skin. I look a little like the Pop-N-Fresh doughboy gone flat, but nothing hangs, so I'm not even considering plastic surgery. I know how lucky I am. Good luck with PS. I hope it goes great for you!
