Food plan
Today the plan is
b-protein shake, black coffee
l- 1 c cottage cheese and raw veggies (tomatoes, celery, carrots)
s- 1 1/2 c. cantelope
d- 1 c cottage cheese and another 1 1/2 c cantelope. 4 oz red wine
s- mini bag fat free kettle corn, Sugarfree chai latte ( I really like this. It's one of those International coffee's in the little can.)
Wow! I started out thinking that you would starve to death on that menu. Then I went back and looked at my average day and realized that I don't eat much more than that - just differently!
My kettle corn is a whole grain english muffin with peanut butter. My cottage cheese is string cheese and/or yogurt with protein powder. I eat salad and or cooked vegetables. If there is canteloupe - I will eat it, or a banana or an apple.
My eyes(brain) are obviously bigger than my stomach!!!
Your choices are so different from mine, but I popped yours into my Fitday, and you're getting all your protein nicely. I don't care for kettle corn, I'd rather have 2 or 3 oz. of salmon for dinner with some beans and for lunch I'd have string cheese instead and maybe some toast with peanut butter. Different strokes, I guess, but well done!!
