A Thanks and an apology

First, let me apologize (as that is the proper thing to do first) to any of you who I might have offended with my post due to my poor choice of words yesterday. I would like to say that I never once meant for it to be a racial/class issue. However, I guess it got so volitle on the main board, the post was pulled. Secondly, thank you to all of you who made comments and assisted me in thinking of things in other ways. Sometimes my black and white (pardon the pun) world needs to have someone throw some gray in there. Have a wonderful day!

{{Hugs}}to you. Sometimes we are all quick to judge--it goes both ways. I have had similar discussions with my husband at home. It is very difficult to find the right words without sounding prejudiced (did I spell that right?). It is very difficult to understand what has gone on in that region. Take care.

I didn't necessarily agree with what you or anyone else said in that exchange, but I did have an opportunity to see many different views of the situation. I looked upon it as an opportunity to hear what the rest of the country is thinking. I was especially moved by the article someone posted in their response. It was an important perspective.
