Good Morning All!
Sorry for not getting this posted earlier. I've been rushing around this morning. I need to go shortly so I will make this brief.
I'm praying everyone sticks to their plan today and be encouraged. We can get through this day successfuly if we determine to.
What are you determined to do today?
1.Get ALL my Protein in.
2.Get ALL my Water in.
3.No Grazing!
4.Treadmill.

Today at work I had four bites (about 1 inch square each) of some treats that were brought for a B-day party. It was Strawberry pretzel dessert, Baklava, brownie and a small pretzel rod with dip. I thought maybe it was better to give myself a taste than to feel totally deprived and binge later. So far that is all I have strayed from my plan and there is only a few hours left to my day. And I walked 6 miles total today so feel good about that. Had all my water and protein. Catch ya later-- Lucy
