My goals for today are:
Drink all my water
No grazing in between meals--(3-6pm)
NO ICECREAM--became addicted to this stuff only AFTER surgery
Get back into measuring my food before I eat it.
I have been lucky and not gained any weight. I have reached my Dr's goal but still have 10-15 lbs more to reach my personal goal. I want to get back to doing things right before I gain weight and to only later on wish that I had been more careful before gaining weight.
So far today---I am proud to say I AM FOLLOWING MY GOALS!
My goal for tomorrow is to do just as well as today!

It's good that you are trying to get a handle on your eating habits before they get out of hand. This is the reason why we tell the newbies to follow exactly what their dr.'s program says to do. So they will develope new habits. I say don't take that first bite of foods that have triggerd us in the past. If it did then, why wouldn't it do it again now. We are human and make mistakes, but we need to learn from them.
I believe you will reach your personal goal. You are determined. You have a good attitude about it and you're here reaching out for support.
Congrats on meeting your goals for the day and I agree that you will do it again tomorrow. Keep up the good work!
