Breakfast: Extreme Smoothie Protein Shake 35g (170 calories)
Snack: 12 oz diet lemonade Tropicana (5 calories)
12 oz SF Tropicana Fruit Punch (5 calories)
Lunch: Chicken Caesar Salad from Burger King 25g (190 calories)
Snack: 1 cup popcorn 25 calories
Dinner: Southwest Marinated Chicken Breast (1/2 of breast) 20g
Steamed Cabbage (1/4 cup)
Snack: Val's Vanilla Egg Custard 9g
Boiled Egg 7g

Breakfast :- missed it, had to be out early
snack:- did not have anything with me to snack on.
Lunch 12.00:- a sandwich with chicken breast on it and then a banana
Snack 2pm :- 10 yep thats 10 strawberries
Dinner :- Not sure yet, but will be some kind of protien
1 glass of water, 500ml bottle of water and one mug of sf hot choc, another 10 mins and i can start drinking again.

Well since I LOG everything.. on my computer and uin a binder.
I have had 90 ounces H20 so far.
1 8 ounce cup coffee.
Protein shake (eas advantage premade) 100 cal and 15 protein
Lunch is 1 cup chicken breast. and 1 Tbs 2% cheese
dinner will be Chicken or beef
and lots of water and snacks..
i been averageing 800 cal a day and in the next 3 months will be at 1000-1200./ it more a mental thing than anything.
and more water i get at least 2 gallons a day!

I did not do so hot yesterday. Was in the last meal mode before the diet. I joined weigh****chers again yesterday hoping that will help motivate me. I get 22 points and am realizing how out of control my portions had gotten even with RNY. So here's my food plan for Thursday.
b-Protein shake, black coffee
s- 1 c watermelon
l- 2 oz of Pork Chop, 1/4c sweet potato with 1 1/2 t margarine and a cup of cherry tomatoes
s- 1c sugarfree low fat yogurt, peppermint tea
d- 2 oz pork chop, 1/4 c sweet potato with 1 1/2 t margarine and 1c. of sliced cukes with salt and pepper
s- mini bag fat free kettle corn, crystal lite
It's about 1,170 cal. and 69 g of protein
64 oz water, walking to and from work (6 miles total), 10 min positive thinking/visualizing and make a phone call
