What R U Eating 2day?
Val ... that doesn't seem like enough .... is it?
Today, I think I'll have:
B: 1/2 cup fat free carb countdown milk
1/4 cup cracklin oat bran
1/4 cup all bran
8 oz latte made with 4oz half n half and 4 oz water and two shots espresso
L: 2 cups salad
4 oz chicken (or turkey)
S: Protien drink
D: 4 oz chicken or turkey
1/4 cup low carb, crab stuffed eggplant (yummy)
S: Protein bar or drink if I haven't had enough
Treat: ff/sf popsicle before bed ;)
I was not hungry this morning and felt a bit nauseated. (had candy last night )
If Iam not hungry, I do not eat. Bad habit to start...
When I do eat, I measure out my foods and never exceed 1 cup of raw or 1/4 cup cooked veggies or fruit or sides, and 2-4 oz of meat. If i do eat bread, its a half piece and if its sweets I do three bites.
My little pouch will not hold too much at one time Thank God LOL
