***Weekend Vows***
How did ya'll do on the first day of our holiday weekend.
I DID IT! I completely stuck to my plan yesterday! I excercised MORE than enough AND ate/drank what I planned.
Last night, I went to the store and picked up some items to help me eat less carbs, less fat and more protein. I'm psyched!

Awwwwwwwww Julie that is awesome! I'm so proud of you. You are motivated to stay on track and you're doing it. Planning ahead is key. That is exactly what you did. I know you will end this holiday weekend successful. Thanks for keeping us posted on your accomplishments.

For some reason I just "saw" your new pic this morning. I did ok with vows yesterday but am up a pound this morning. So not happy with myself. Saw "40 year old virgin" yesterday. It was very good. Did not overeat on my b-day dinner. Driving to Spearfish today, taking the dog with. Very tired at the moment. Not sure what to vow. Guess we'll go with water and protein. Those seem to be the easiest for me to accomplish right now. Catch ya later-- Lucy
The lb. might be water retention. Don't sweat it. Getting our water and protein in is the most important. So it's a good thing you have that down. I too don't struggle w/getting them in.

I kinda over did it yesterday on the snacking. Today I will watch everything. We're going to a B-B-Q later on. Looking forward to it.
Today I will:
1.Get ALL my Water in.
2.Get ALL my Protein in.
3.Watch the snacking.
4.Enjoy time w/friends.
