Breakfast: 1 Extreme Smoothie Chocolate Shake 35g YUMMY !
Snack: 16oz diet Pepsi
Lunch: Chili Cheese Burger from Ben's Chili Bowl in DC YUMMY !
Snack: 1/4 cup NSA Applesauce Power Crunch Bar 14g
Dinner: Herb Marinated Chicken Breast smoked over white wine soaked mesquite wood chips Val's famous creation..
Snack: SF Pudding with a scoop of protein added
Liquids: 100 oz

Samer as all week.
I was on 5 months of 1 meal 300 cal a dayand was nto smart.. but have a new look at approach I guess LOL
SO same as MON - now.
40 ounces water
9am
Protein shake
around 1 I will have
1/2 cup chicken breast just cut up nothing special
and 1/2 cup 97%lean beef
spinach leaves for color
DInner will be probably the same. I try to get chicken and red meat in daily.
That will be around 745 pm.
Im at work so im here till 6.
not a snacker.
all week i been average of 825 cal a day and 86 lowesrt and 98 highest for protein and very few carbs.
I Am going to work my way slowly to 1200 cal for the day... But for me to go from one meal a day and 300 cal (that was for the day including cream in coffe!!!) and not flipping out about beign over 300 cakl and eating more than once.. this means I got a mission.
OTHER THAN trying to find people in NC with medicare and medicade... as I think IM UNCOVERUING some DEEP stuff!

Thats 40 ounces water BEFORE the shake and such...
averaging 180-220 ounces of jus****er a day
I'm not as prepared today as yesterday ... but I did really well yesterday and I'm proud of that .
Today:
B: Coffee with half-n-half (3tbs)
Protien shake with 2%
S: Banana
L: Salad with beets, egg, halopenos, oil/vinegar dressing
S: Cottage cheese (gotta get rid of the cantalope ... not enough bang for the buck)
S: Protien shake with 2%
D: BBQ chicken, crab stuffed eggplant (yummy)
