Breakfast: 1 Krispy Kreme Doughnut - followed by a 4 mile walk
Extreme Smoothie Protein Shake
Snack: 32 oz decaf tea
Lunch: 1 cup Romaine Salad with 1 marinated chicken breast 2 Tbsp Lite Northern Italian Dressing
Snack: Power Crunch Protein Bar 32oz water
Dinner: Designer Whey Protein Powder in Swiss Miss Diet Hot Chocolate and FF Whipped Cream
Snack: 64 oz cup of diet cranberry gingerale

430 am snack - lite & fit yogurt with 1/4 c Kashi Go lean cereal & a fist full of vitamins LOL
5- 6 boot camp exercise class
8 am breakfast - 1 scrambled egg with fresh spinich and feta cheese, sliced fresh peach
10 am snack - ricotta cheese with splenda and vanilla and fresh strawberries, choc chip cookie
lunch - will be a leftover chicken capri breast ( yum from south beach cookbook, lightly browned chicken breast topped with ricotta, tomatoes, and mozzarella and baked)
snack - small size one way bar
dinner will pork ribs in the crock pot with famous dave's rich and zesty sauce, and some kind of salad / vegetable, gotta see what looks good.
late snack to be decided later.
yesterday I decided to go to an evening aquasize class too. (went to boot camp in the am) I might go swim some laps while the kids are in swim lessons tonite too.

currently eating Malto Meal with powdered milk for extra protein
I brought an apple and a pear to work. I will eat them sometime today.
lunch is probably quiche and salad (a restaurant close makes an excellent one)
DH is bringing home a roasted chicken and I'll probably make green beans to go with it.
late snack is most likely going to be 1-2 oreos.

Nothing to good But I am trying my darndest to stop the snacking so I am aware of what I am eating.
pre-breakfast: three cups of coffee with creamer, and s/f davincci
breakfast: One piece of w/w toast with butter, peanut butter, flax seed
hour later: 32 oz generic crystal light with handful of pills
lunch: one homemade soft taco with pulled pork and pepperjack cheese
snack: s/f f/f fudgesicle (better than what I really wanted )
now: drinking a diet sierra mist....then more water
supper: don't know will be at a picnic at kids school...might eat before I go
So far so good, for me anyways
I seem to be in the mood to fess up.. err, I mean share.. so here goes.
Breakfast, 2 hard boiled eggs, dipped in pepper and salt.. YUM
Snack, protein shake, 1 1/2 scoops, mixed with lactaid milk.. YUM
Snack, some pbutter filled pretzels.. Bad Wendy.. YUM
Dinner, Chicken breat covered in pizza sauce and baked with cheese. A couple spoonfuls of cottage cheese. YUM!
Hopefully I wont get the muchie attack later, and if I do I can quence it with a protein shake.

(ok so I went to work at 8am and discovered I didn't have to be there till 9:30..duh...so I went to Cracker Barrel and had another breakfast)
1 egg over easy
1 biscuit
NO SNACK
Lunch
1 protein shake
NO SNACK
Dinner
Went to an Italian place with the gang...
Had a small piece of bread dipped in oil (oh yum)
dinner salad with gorgonzola dressing....hungry so ate the whole salad....
Now thats the problem with me.....
I ordered spicy chicken and shrimp on Penne Pasta in a cream sauce...and all but 3 bites are in my fridge(2 shrimp and one chicken). I do it all the time. Doug fusses at me....bread and salad...then can't eat dinner.
So now I'm having a cup of hazelnut decaf in my room...and I'm gonna go read and have a Power Crunch for a treat. AND PROTEIN!
Wish me luck (and send gas money) I'm driving home tomorrow afternoon...can't wait to get back to my beach and Dougie.
