My goal today is to get all my protein in today! I haven't been doing very well all week because I haven't been eating to much,I am trying to get that scale moving again and it is working!Well have a great day!!! Candi

Good for you Candi. It is so easy to fall off the wagon. I have been for quite some time. I full like SLOWLY I am getting myself together again. I am up 4 pds from my lowest so want that to go away. Know I need to focus on protein and exercise. I still do love my carbs unfortunately! Keep up the good work! Lucy
