Once a month, maximum. I no longer obsess about the number on the scale. My goal is to continue to eat and exercise reasonably, knowing that I am in control, not that *!@*#*$! scale. As long as I know I'm in control, I know the scale won't change. This from a woman who weighed at least once daily for 15 months after surgery. Ann

Absolutely every single day. Get up - go to the bathroom , strip nekked, weigh. Same routine every day. If I hit 136 I want to know it and straighten my act up. My range is 130 - 135.

I am obsessive!!!! If you're in a hotel... there is usually a scale in the work out room... I know it won't be right...but defiine right!!!! I get on every scale I see.... Even when I do house inspections for my job, if there is a scale in the house... I will weigh myself.... Some call me obsessive, I call myself focused...... It's a fine line..... oh yeah... I only record what the Dr scales say..... weighing on different scales is just a weird quirk I have..... heck... it's my only vice these days.... Laurie minus 162 lbs!!
